Kaplan Program Scholarships - Kaplan Test Prep & Admissions offers classes at no cost to college-bound children of Local 103 members at the JATC. Four classes are offered per year at a value of $500 per session. The total value of the Kaplan Program Scholarships, paid for entirely by Local 103, is $10,000.
