While Mike Monahan maintains aggressive emphasis on the creation of new jobs through the Market Recovery Program, Pension Fund Investments and the negotiation of historic gains in wage and benefit contracts, he has also worked hard to regain traditional jobs that had been lost in recent years. Mike's tenacious efforts have put Local 103 workers back on maintenance jobs for Fenway Park and other locations.
